Do you provide both photography and videography services?
Yes, we provide all services related to photography and videography. Like traditional photography, traditional videography, cinematography, candid photography, live coverage of your wedding, drone shoot etc.
What services do you provide apart from wedding events?
Apart from wedding event, we do all types of photography related events like pre wedding shoot, baby shower, commercial event, engagement event.
How far in advance can we book you a date?
We do limited weddings/events on a day and we offer our service on a first come first serve basics. We will book your dates once an advance payment of 50% is made, till then, the dates will be open for anyone to book.
How much do you charge for a wedding shoot?
Our packages are priced based on our client’s requirements and include various factors like how many days the event is, how many team members are required, etc. but to give you an idea, our basic package starts from Rupees 50,000/- per day onwards. which covers traditional photography and traditional videography of your event including one photo album.
How is it charged if we have to do a shoot other than the day we booked?
Normally we give you the price according to your booked days. Apart from this, small events like mehendi rasam, pool party, other religious events which are not on booked days will be charged separately. And that you have to decide when you come for the booking.
How many images do you shoot?
It is impossible to say the number of images we shoot, images depend on what really happens in your event and it changes from event to event, even if the rituals and the kind of celebrations are the same, we do not limit ourselves from taking pictures, our packages are based on the number of hours we spend to shoot your wedding/event and not on the number of images we shoot. However, the number of images printed in an album is limited.
Will you be posting my wedding pictures on your socials too?
Well, we put our heart and soul into making sure that we cover your wedding in the grandest way possible to deliver terrific results. So yes, we might use a couple of stills on our socials and website to showcase our portfolio as well as to inspire more couples to take the leap towards turning their big day into a grand memory.
How much time do you take to deliver the photos and videos?
Delivering great stills and videos takes time and a lot of sorting, editing, and finalising the best shots. As a rule, we never deliver anything that we don’t love ourselves because we want you to get the best output to remember your special day. A few images from the shoot will be shared with you within 1 or 3 days but it’s depend on the wedding season. The remaining photo album and video work will be started only after photo selection and both will be delivered after completion of the work. And it will take 45 to 60 days from the date you give photo selection. This time may change during the wedding season.
Will you take a backup of my wedding data?
In general, we are very careful with your event data. We have a system, when we finish your work and hand it over to you, we also give you all the data of your event. After that we do not store data for more than one month. Thereafter, we have no responsibility for your data.
Do you allow changes to the wedding trailer/film and album?
Yes, we totally understand how intimate a wedding is and how every couple has a dream visual for their wedding coverage and results. So, we usually allow 1 time change in photo album and 1 time change in the wedding trailer/film. We have allocated a specific time for editing each event. So make sure that you have to give us the list of changes of your photo and video within the time limit that we give. If that change list deadline is missed, then we cannot say when the final work will be delivered.
